You Ruined it!

I really liked this play, and I knew that it was inevitable that everyone would face some sort of tragic end, but I could not believe the stupidity of Vindice. I do not understand how he could confess to Antonio that he and Hippolito murdered the Duke. He must have thought that Antonio would have been pleased because they were not particularly fond of each other, but he should have kept it to himself. He was in the home stretch, and then he tripped and fell on his face. Not to mention that he also sold out Hippolito in the process.
